Dr. Neusner is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon with specialized fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery. His comprehensive background in surgical care allows for a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to the management of hand and wrist disorders.
A native of Connecticut, he completed medical school at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA followed by general surgery residency at Temple University Hospital. He continued his training with a residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Massachusetts where he gained expertise in aesthetic, hand, and general reconstructive surgery learning from some of the nation’s experts in the field. He went on to complete a fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the world-renowned Christine M. Kleinert Institute in Louisville, KY. He has authored multiple publications in the fields of plastic and upper extremity surgery. He has special interest in the treatment of hand and wrist arthritis, traumatic injury reconstruction, nerve injury, and work-related injuries.
