Dr. Alayan is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in Orthopedic Spine Surgery. She treats a wide range of spinal conditions with multiple surgical and non-surgical treatment options. Dr. Alayan utilizes minimally invasive and advanced surgical techniques to restore function and mobility.

Dr. Alayan completed her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University and University of Oxford. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Subsequently, Dr. Alayan earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, graduating with high honors. Upon graduation from medical school, she chose to pursue her Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

Following completion of the five-year Orthopedic Residency program, Dr. Alayan pursued the field of Orthopedic Spine Surgery and completed a Spine Surgery Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. In addition, Dr. Alayan then completed a second Spine Surgery fellowship to further specialize in Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery.

Dr. Alayan is an active member of American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) as well as North American Spine Society (NASS). She provides compassionate, comprehensive, and individualized care to all her patients.
