Dr. Salman Aljilani is an Interventional Pain Management physician. His practice focuses on providing comprehensive, non-surgical, interventional treatments for several pain conditions of the spine, peripheral joints, pelvic floor, and headaches. He utilizes cutting-edge, minimally invasive procedures to help patients regain function and improve their quality of life. He specializes in various injections and advanced procedures to manage chronic pain that include but are not limited to: facet joint/ medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, epidural steroid injections, peripheral joint injections, peripheral nerve blocks, and trigger point injections.

Dr. Aljilani is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) with advanced fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management. He earned his undergraduate degree in Microcellular Biology from the University of California – Berkeley, before completing medical school at Touro University Nevada. He then completed his residency physician training in PM&R at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL, where he held multiple leadership positions, including National Liaison Representative and Resident Advocate for the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (AAPM&R), as well as serving as Education Chief. Further specializing, Dr. Aljilani completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he also served as Education Chief for pain education, mentoring both Anesthesia and PM&R resident physicians. Additionally, he is currently an active member of American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP), North American Spine Society (NASS), and North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS).

His approach emphasizes patient-centered care, utilizing the latest evidence-based techniques to help individuals manage pain and restore function. Dr. Aljilani is committed to empowering his patients with personalized treatment plans and innovative therapies to optimize their well-being.
